The United Front of Afghanistan has announced that it killed a Taliban fighter in Kandahar city.
The front wrote on its X page on Wednesday morning, September 16 (25 Sunbula), that the individual was killed in a targeted operation.
According to the United Front’s claim, the Taliban fighter was targeted in the Bagh-e-Pul Bazaar area of Kandahar city.
The front had also reported the previous day that two Taliban fighters were killed in the Nawzad district of Helmand province.
However, in recent months, reports of increased attacks by anti-Taliban groups in parts of Afghanistan have been published.
