Hamid Karzai, the former president of Afghanistan, in reaction to Pakistan’s airstrike last night on Khost, Kandahar, and Paktia, said that it seems Islamabad is not abandoning its “negative policy,” the fire of which has now reached its own doorstep.
Karzai said on Thursday, September 24, in a message posted on X that Pakistan should know that all Afghan citizens, without any distinction, stand “united and with one voice” against these attacks.
He once again called on the Pakistani government to take the path of “good neighborliness” and to regulate its relations with Taliban-ruled Afghanistan in a civilized manner.
It is worth noting that Islamabad has always claimed to attack the positions of the Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) in Afghanistan.
However, the Taliban reject the presence of TTP fighters in Afghanistan.
